Develop and implement account strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction. Identify customer needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver appropriate solutions. Conduct regular check-ins and performance assessments with clients to ensure quality service delivery. Negotiate and close deals, maximizing profitability while maintaining strong relationships. Analyze sales metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement. Actively participate in team meetings to share insights and account strategies. Required and preferred qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably within a remote setting. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency in time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to analyze data and metrics for informed decision-making. Experience with CRM software and other relevant tools.
