Engage in regular feedback sessions with team members to discuss improvements and best practices. Required and preferred qualifications Some college coursework in Computer Science or Engineering. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Demonstrated confidence in interviewing candidates. Technical knowledge relevant to the positions being filled. Adherence to scripts while exhibiting professionalism during interviews. Previous experience in a similar interview or recruitment role is preferred.
