We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fire Alarm Sales Representative to join our team in the Greater Boston Area. As a Fire Alarm Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in promoting our advanced fire alarm systems, ensuring that our clients are well-equipped to meet safety regulations and protect their assets.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.Conduct thorough assessments of clients' fire alarm needs and recommend appropriate solutions.Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations that highlight the benefits of our fire alarm systems.Collaborate with the technical team to develop tailored proposals and quotations for clients.Follow up on leads and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements in fire alarm systems.Achieve designated sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.Required and Preferred QualificationsCertification in Fire Alarm Systems is required.Prior experience in sales, preferably in the fire safety or security industry.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets over a minimum of 2-4 years.Knowledge of relevant codes and standards governing fire alarm systems is preferred.70-90k Base + Commission (140-150k attainable) This position is part of a collaborative team structure, where you will work closely with other sales professionals, technical specialists, and project managers. You'll report directly to the Sales Manager and will be encouraged to collaborate cross-functionally within the organization to enhance customer satisfaction.
