Your performance in this position will not only enhance our customer experience, but also contribute to the overall success and growth of our business.Primary ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries through app communication channels and provide timely and friendly service.Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are accurate to minimize errors.Stay up to date on company products and services in order to effectively assist customers.Work with team members to resolve complex customer issues and enhance service quality.Monitor order status and promptly update customers on their purchases.Log interactions and transactions in the customer management system to ensure effective follow-up.Assist in identifying process improvements in the order management system to increase efficiency.Required Qualifications & Preferred QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Good verbal and written communication skills.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Customer-centric and committed to providing excellent service.Detail-oriented, with a particular focus on order processing and data entry.Demonstrated ability to adapt well in a fast-paced environment.If you have no customer service experience, don't worry, we will provide you with training before you start the job.Our team adopts a collaborative structure, focusing on communication and teamwork.
