Your contributions will have a significant impact on our overall success, as you help facilitate smooth order processing and inventory management while ensuring a positive experience for our customers.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess online orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely fulfillment.Manage product inventory levels, overseeing stock counts and reordering supplies as needed.Respond to customer inquiries promptly, providing exceptional service and resolving any issues that may arise.Collaborate with team members to coordinate order and inventory management tasks.Maintain accurate records of transactions and inventory in the company’s management systems.Identify and troubleshoot order issues, proposing effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.Support and assist in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline order processing workflows.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma is required.Proven skills in Order Processing and Inventory Management.Strong Customer Service orientation with excellent communication capabilities.Ability to solve problems effectively and work autonomously.  Our team operates in a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and fosters growth.
