We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in Toronto, Ontario. As a full-time member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow within the company. Our company prides itself on its collaborative work environment, where each team member's contributions impact overall success.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring meticulous record-keeping.Manage schedules and appointments for team members, coordinating meetings and organizing travel arrangements.Maintain office files and organize documents, both physical and digital, to facilitate easy access to information.Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors via email and phone, fostering positive relationships.Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal and external communications to maintain effective information flow.Support project management tasks, including research and data analysis to assist in decision-making processes.Contribute to the development of office procedures and best practices to enhance organizational efficiency.Required and preferred qualificationsHigh School Diploma is required; further education in administration or related fields is an asset.Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage competing priorities effectively.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse audiences.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is essential.Experience in data entry or administrative tasks; ideally, 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.Our team operates in a supportive structure that fosters collaboration and shared goals.
