Your expertise will impact case outcomes and contribute to our firm's reputation and success.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a caseload of commercial property insurance litigation caseload, including pre-trial and trial preparations.Perform legal research and analysis to build strong cases and provide strategic legal advice to clients.Advise clients on legal rights and obligations while representing them in negotiations and litigation.Prepare and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.Conduct client interviews to gather facts and develop case strategies.Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure effective case management.Stay updated on changes in insurance law and regulatory compliance changes to best serve clients' interests.Required and Preferred QualificationsBar Admission in Texas is mandatory.Minimum of 3-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance law.Proficient in legal research tools and e-discovery software.Strong negotiation and communication skills that foster client relationships.Experience in trial preparation and case management.Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the insurance sector.As part of our firm's structure, you will work alongside a collaborative team of experienced attorneys and paralegals.
